Workforce Australia is the name given to Australia’s employment service providers. It is a place where you can search and apply for jobs or find more information on your pathway to employment. They help people who have registered themselves with Centrelink as “looking for work”. They also help employers find the right staff. In your region there will be a number of organisations who are registered as Workforce Australia providers, Centrelink will suggest the ones that are closest to you but you are able to join anyone of your own choice.
